A buyer-side inspection framework
Quality review should follow the same product specification used for the quotation and sample approval.
Define the inspection points before production instead of waiting until packing is complete. For mosquito trap products, the checklist can cover housing appearance, assembly, switches and operating modes, charging or power input, light output, included accessories, labels, instruction material, and carton condition.
Use the approved sample, model specification, and packaging artwork as references. When a buyer requests a change after sample approval, record whether the change affects price, material, lead time, packing quantity, or documentation so the production version remains clear to both sides.
Final inspection planning should state the order number, models, quantity, sampling method, acceptable findings, photo requirements, and release process. The goal is a decision-ready report that connects any issue to the exact model and carton rather than a general collection of images.
