Buyer Guide

Use samples to reduce order risk

MOQ and sample planning should reflect the amount of customization and the number of models in the first assortment.

A standard model with existing packing may have a different minimum order from a version requiring a new housing color, printed box, insert card, barcode, or other private-label work. Ask for MOQ by model and by packaging option so the total order can be planned accurately.

Use the sample to review product appearance, operating method, charging or power input, accessories, cleaning access, labels, and packaging. If the sample uses temporary artwork or a standard color, record what will change in production and request a final digital proof where appropriate.

For a multi-model range, concentrate the first sample round on products serving clearly different use scenes. This gives the buyer more information than reviewing several near-identical models and makes the eventual wholesale assortment easier to explain.

After the sample review, return one decision for each model: approved, approved with listed changes, or not selected. This creates a clean link between sample work and the quantities used in the final purchase plan.
